Central Texas Rehabilitation Hospital (CTRH) is a joint venture between the Austin-based Seton Family of Hospitals and Kindred Healthcare. Prevarian developed this replacement hospital in the ‘Triangle’, a mixed-use development north of downtown Austin.

CTRH is a 59,000-square-foot, three-story, 50-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility.
