Kacie Conkey

Since arriving at the outset of 2014, Kacie has hit the ground running and has made a huge impact. As Senior Asset Manager, she has reinvented our financial and market analysis models and refined our communications and reporting with our capital partners and lenders. Kacie also excels at coordinating the pre-opening and marketing activities in our seniors housing communities.
By any measure, Kacie unifies and focuses the efforts of a dynamic team of professionals and ensures that our thorough due diligence and financial analysis are best-in-class. The accolades we receive from our partners and lenders are to her credit.
Kacie entered the commercial real estate industry in 1998. Prior to joining Prevarian, Kacie worked briefly with Colliers International following twelve years at a private commercial real estate firm where she served as an asset manager and Director of Investor Relations.
Kacie attended the University of Texas and lives in Dallas with her husband.
