American House St Petersburg

St. Petersburg and Pinellas County in general is a notoriously difficult place to find land. Prevarian was fortunate to purchase a 12-acre, centrally located development site in St. Pete and develop a new, 165-unit Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care community.
