Central Texas Rehabilitation Hospital

A partnership between Seton Healthcare and Kindred, this 50-bed IRF sits in Austin’s central “Triangle” district. After others failed to secure approvals for a workable site, Prevarian stepped in and endured a challenging negotiation with the State of Texas to acquire land that met both regulatory requirements and neighborhood demands. The effort was worth it—Prevarian delivered the hospital ahead of schedule and under budget. Once again, going the extra mile for our provider partners made all the difference.
