Early in our company’s history, Prevarian developed this 16-bed Surgical Specialty Hospital in Dallas for a group of Physicians. It is a timeless example of the attention to detail and the quality that we relentlessly pursue. In addition to helping secure construction and equipment financing, Prevarian worked closely with the architect to deliver a Hospital that stood out among its peers.
