Prairie House (Broken Arrow)

Prevarian maintained the "House" theme in naming communities with Prairie House in Broken Arrow, OK. Prairie House was a unique circumstance - we entered into a joint venture partnership with St. John's Health System in Tulsa and located the new community on the St. John's Broken Arrow Medical Center campus. The community worked closely with St. John to offer best-in-class resident care, and the community reached a stablilized occupancy quickly, usually with a waiting list.
