Jerry has 35 years of real estate development and project management experience both domestically and internationally. His experience covers a wide spectrum of asset classes, including multi-family, mixed-use, retail, office, industrial, healthcare, heavy civil, marine, and single family. He is a Civil Engineer and oversees construction and project management, cost estimating, entitlements, and design and construction team coordination for Prevarian.

Jerry has a degree structural and geotechnical engineering from Texas Tech University and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
