Kathy began her career in healthcare real estate when healthcare real estate was still considered a "niche." She has held leadership roles at national companies like Hammes Company and has experience with all aspects of healthcare real estate development, acquisition, and brokerage. Kathy guides Prevarian's development and leasing initiatives and manages lender and partner relationships.

Kathy has a Bachelor's Degree with dual majors in Finance and Urban Land Economics from Southern Methodist University.
