Nick is a seasoned real estate professional with over 21 years of real estate development and project management experience. His expertise spans a broad range of asset classes, including healthcare, large multi-family, urban infill, historic renovations, and single-family developments. Over the last six years, Nick oversaw the planning, development, and delivery of complex healthcare facilities for one of the largest healthcare systems in the country.

Most recently he has completed a certificate in Project Management from Cornell University and holds a certificate in Real Estate Finance from Boston University. His undergraduate degree studies were in Business Administration at Roanoke College, building a solid foundation in business principles that complement his technical expertise.
